A thought crossed my mind about our case there.
If we had never done it, we would not be known to the court. The court would not have been party to evidence they have now seen, regarding OR/Hopeless.
With that in mind.......imagine Cayman's first knowledge of Frontera being....Hope, or OR taking us to court for default, or whatever.
Steve, and Zaza avoided this scenario by getting our situation established in court records, via fiduciary case.
Expensive....but maybe prudent.
For one thing....the brakes were applied to Hope thinking he could take B12 for his monies owed.

Our side have thought all this through very carefully, I would say.
What they have achieved so far is commendable , considering our foe is adept , and in the business of skinning small oilees.

As we know in oil industry...it's all about getting in early.
