If past court cases are anything to go by....GG repossession of 1% of B12 may be frozen by frr taking Georgia to court, I guess. Giving us the extra time to then sort it all out with a new government in November.

It's not that strange...considering we are in the middle of lockdown, and some have kids, older relatives,friends,and neighbours , who are needing support to get through this.

Gg ministry maybe said..we'll do a contra payment ...VAT, for mineral licence fee's, over few years.....and then just didn't give paperwork....so made us look bad for later..
Or...we didn't pay to what ? Force GG's hand " you don't pay us,we won't pay you"....that sounds stupid to me....
Or..we refused to pay...also unwise, irrational
Or...we couldn't afford it....senseless, it could, as above, put PSA in jeopardy...
Or we DID pay, every year, on the dot !

Who to believe ?

Biggest disappointment for me as a reasonably big share holder, is that an arbitration decision in regard to company, and country, I have substantially invested in, is being withheld from me, by the arbitration board.
HOW IS THAT FAIR.
I always believed in arbitration as being fair.......but this is really bad, in my view. Should be illegal.

Thinking on.....Or......is there a chance the arb board could release the decision, but not yet out ?
Why would arbitration board allow GG/frr to broadcast their interpretation of it ? Surely it should be public knowledge to satisfy some legal standards, or other.
