I wholeheartedly agree with your view on the MRE.

The problem here is, God has spoken and the happy clappers are delirious over the Rio RNS.

Why would a so called/alledged PI not want GGP to upgrade it's MRE? as you say we're just an exploration outfit right now.

But it has been alluded to today as to Mr T. Macs position, probably more a trader than holder, why publicly stand against upgrading the MRE, it hinders nothing at all.

To hold it back benefits some entity and that is not the retail investor, fact.

This red herring about the MRE making things more expensive for GGP to buy, is frankly, bullox. All involved in Australia and NEM, know exactly what our current MRE stands at, the only saps that don't know, is us.

I don't see him having the UK retail investors best interests in any bracket of priority, in fact I am sensing pejorative behaviour for those that took all the early risk. I am fully cognisant of all the company operating progress and it's fundamentals, cash position, risks, rewards and management, I've been invested here over 4yrs and personally thanked GH when he left for the value he created, something SD has failed to do spectacularly, but personally I have an issue with the way we are being managed as is my right, you clearly don't as is your right, but I won't criticise you for that. Though I do wish you every success with this investment.

I will post my views and opinions and Who are you again? will not deter me.

Do you know the II % v PI% ? and how many PI's need to turn up to overturn the II proxy vote?

Why is that, what is that statement predicated on?

What evidence or value enhancing news do you attribute that crass and ludicrous statement to?

There is zero reason to make such plaudits about this BOD and MD, they have delivered zero in every aspect of value creation, wake the F up.

Under normal circumstances the company would issue an RNS, claiming to know of no reason why the sp has plummeted over 30%.

Shaun the Destroyer can't make that call, because he knows why.

The Town Hall clappers are now in the minority, real investors are turning against him.

Not one word to support the sp from our ex CFO to reassure the long suffering UK retail investors, WHY?

That tells you all you need to know, he wants us out, period. These PI's are the UK investors that took all the early risk, remove us and give to the Aus corporates.

I agree re your sentiment on Spivs in the city, but Shaun destruction Day has the means to fight back in a meaningful way, he has the data. He is not fighting for his UK investors, WHY?

To Shaun Day,

In just 2 short weeks you have seen us lose nearly 30% of mcap from a very low 9.2 to 6.7 and have done nothing to arrest this value destruction, apart from one very ambiguous, ill prepared RNS that seems to suit your needs.

You are doing absolutely nothing for the retail investor, but the happy clappers still love you, god knows why. They have not invested for money, just pure unadulterated blind love for you.

You have failed and you should step down and allow a real CEO with experience to sort out the devastation you have inflicted with your corporate bean counter mentality.

You have proved to be a complete embarrassment of a very poor decision to appoint you.

SP, well a cynic may say, it was leaked to let the MM trash the SP from 9p down to 6p ish, afterall, you'd never get away with a placing at 7p when it's rising through 9p.

SD reticence to address this matter in a completely unambiguous way speaks volumes as to what's coming. The market now know, why else would they keep it at this level, they always know.

Day has been caught with his pants down imo, a placing is agreed and the rose tinted TH brigade cant see a thing.

Someone wants to know why SD doesn't get a 10, well fook me, try taking your head out of the sand and look at the value destruction he has overseen.

Give him his 10 when he delivers, not before. This placing matter needs dealing with expeditiously, one way or the other. Day needs to step up right now.

The question is, will he deliver jam updates before allowing others to the trough?

If not will you just be subservient and allow it time and again?

I still maintain that all information known to SD that may materially impact the sp should be released prior to any fundamental change to GGP.

But it seems clear now that it will not happen, a placing looks nailed on, a price will have been agreed, so he needs to not allow the sp to move up just yet.

Now, whatever your views of SD are and he's definitely divided opinion, yes opinion, something we are all allowed to express without fear of ridicule, it certainly appears that preference is being given to the corporate client over the PI.

If you are happy with that, then really, you shouldn't be. SD has delivered much to corporates and zero to PI in way of value, how long do you allow that to happen before you stand up and say something?
