I've been saying this for weeks, it's been designed this way and they (Aussies know it) as do those shorting. All to look after the Aussie investors.

No reduced shorts prior the August 11 update, they knew no MRE so did SDD, yet he did nothing to be ready, delay after delay, it certainly is not in the best interests of the UK retail investor.

We've been lied to, there was never going to be an updated MRE before the ASX listing. Conned and his credibility is on the floor with the sp. Yet most still defend him and will do continuously. The guy can do no wrong, acts with complete impunity

And to compound everything, because so many here are emotionally in love with SDD, they can't or refuse to accept it.

We've been given the Richard Roundtree treatment and you will be vilified abused and hounded for posting your opinion.

Yes they did and that's as ambiguous as it gets. Which in reality, is as useful as used toilet paper. It's also very dismissive of them imo, as they are fully cognisant that their J/V partner MD has stated that he delayed doing our own MRE in Feb, so as to align with NCM and update in August. If SDD is showing full respect to NCM then it's fair to say, they are not reciprocating.

NCM are showing nothing but disdain to GGP and SDD.

That is 'IF' it was purely NCM decision not to update.

I would appreciate you clarifying an issue here that I can't reconcile with.

Updating the MRE would be beneficial to the GGP owners, You then say "Why increase the value of something you want to buy."

Increase the value, how?

As I see it, the seller (NCM/NEM) already knows the full up to date value anyway, as does NEM, who have done due diligence to the nth degree. So releasing the MRE does not increase the value for a purchase purpose. The only group of individuals who do not know the up to date value are the UK retail investors.

What you should be saying, why keep the company mcap low by not releasing the MRE, unless of course, you are about to list on the ASX.

However, if the MRE is released prior to the listing, as some here think, then fair play to him.

Some believe that SDD is holding back the MRE to get 70% of Havieron cheaper, absolute crud. He is in breach of his fiduciary duties if he did, also, all industry insiders know what we have. NEM have NCM figures so they know, SDD knows, the banks and institutions know, it seems common knowledge over there, but the fly in the ointment doesn't know, that's us.

If it comes in Nov, then that's 20 months we have waited and some seem ok with that level of complying to your judiciary duties.

Remember, he promised it in Feb 2023. then August 2023 and now could be end of December 2023.

It all seems engineered to fall after this listing, that would be a serious thumb in our eye.

The question of fair value is a misnomer, fair value only exists in one's mind. It depends on your entry point, timeline return horizon or if you only want dividends. To many factors, including MM's to put fair value on any share. We don't know yet how much gold eq we have. You set your calculations on fair value and so do I, we will never agree on them. I will sell when I reach a certain profit level and it will still probably not reflect "fair value"

Hold or add, I've told you before, I'm not against the company or it's fundamentals, I do not trust the MD or have any faith in him. You don't change football teams when you have a bad manager, you change the manager.

A leak about a raise killed the sp rise, no MRE from NCM today and no MRE upgrade prepared by SDD for today is killing the sp.

Well, well, we actually agree on something. Further, all shareholders should display the same concerns. There has been sufficient time to have this MRE ready. The cost of doing so is no excuse.

If SDD does not update that MRE immediately, it should be ready in hand anyway, enough time has passed to get it sorted incase NCM didn't update, then it looks like we're in for the Richard Roundtree treatment.

If he does not have it ready, then he has not planned well at all.
