I know that a lot of people like ShareMagazine for the trade prices. The bid/sell prices are very useful. It looks it does stop reporting a little early though. Here are the last trades from the London Stock Market page starting from the UT. There are some pretty big TNCPs.

Following reference 5 on Silas Chou' s Wiki entry about Michael Kors:
"Some bad decisions led to the company being on the verge of bankruptcy. It was then that Silas and Stroll acquired a majority stake in 2003 for US$100 million.
The duo reinvented the company as they did with Tommy Hilfiger. They decided to restructure the business to target the affordable luxury market, cutting the product prices to around US$300 from several thousand dollars in the past.
Also, the company expanded into the very profitable handbag business. Chou took Michael Kors public in 2011 and by 2014 the valuation of the company had gone up to a peak of US$20 billion."
A majority stake in a $20Billion company for $100m, I hope, sounds like a harbinger ....
Paul, I thought that it was your comment that stuck! (also, absolute wow on your work!)
The other thing that I'll just add to the mix goes back to a 3300 comment and filling in between the lines. The rights issue was really, really, really cheap and it led to a major distruction of the SP and the company value. The shorting fed the flames very effectively. This price was decided for a reason and was part of a game plan. I don't thing that the price was about getting the new shares taken up to secure the new cash. It could have been higher, e.g. 50p, and done that just as well (in my uninformed view). The 30p was part of a longer game to move ownership around. We have not yet got clarity on this, but the movement of the Directors and links with Merc are popping up all over the place.
Does this suggest a buy out? Well, I think there is a plan in place. It has been there from the start.
Does Stroll want a 1.50 exit? My guess is, no . If his average is around 50p, a 3 times multiple isn't worth it. Pushing the envelope further, would a complete petrolhead just want to take £5 run or would he want to be part of a world leading brand that works so well with his F1 passion? Can this still happen through a buy-out? My guess is that this would happen only if Stroll gets something in the future that he wants be part of (so more than cash). I am hoping that both that situation, and one where AML remains independent-ish from Merc (remembering links are growing anyway and will probably continue to), are favourable for the long term share holder.
So, in the drawer these shares remain...
There was a message weeks ago that struck me as sensible - Merc is likely to have a set of KPIs that will need to be passed before they would take over. So, to them it isn't a premium. Rather it is the cost of reducing the risk by waiting for AML to demonstrate that it is on solid footing.
I think that google still uses time bins, just small ones, so that it is not every trade is individually shown.
FYI - The London Stock Exchange looks to have upgraded their site - you can download all intraday prices to a csv to look at in Excel, etc. I don't think this was there before, but maybe I missed it.
Hi,
I find the main London Stock Exchange site quite useful for checking what happened at the end of the day:

FRA:A5S is still going up :-)
