Thanks Korda... yes several different second tests being incorporated in trials.. exciting times.

1st test gives probability of Covid active....if showing positive second test confirms......using latest technology.....sounds exciting.....as its lateral flow.

I missed that scaff.....well spotted and even better news for us.

possibly so.....but medium/long term...I'm sure most will be happy to self-test in order to satisfy themselves that they will show covid free at airports, hospital appointments etc....

and for the less informed....Covid19 Lateral flow test involves...
pricking the tip of your finger to get a blood spot for testing. The test should be self-administered and takes only a few minutes to complete. This will test for an antibody that reacts with the virus that causes COVID-19
