Would be nice to get positive news for once......preferably not fuq'd up by a series of misleading RNS's .....just nice and simple....like any school kid could publish......I await in eager anticipation....

He is concerned that as Covid continues to mutate globally, even the well vaccinated UK victims have increased in numbers, thus taking disproportional NHS beds up for essential treatment.
As for the less well-vaccinated world population, the outlook is grim.
In the knowledge of the above and with the benefit of EU approval.....why 'an earth' isnt Omega Diagnostics making the most of the testing capability we have been funding for them to capitalize.
It's time to be counted ODX BOD and prove to battle-weary investors that you are looking after our interests for once.
No more sulking, disperse the clouds (you've created) get off the starting grid and make hay while the Sun still shines.

Values ODX at the amount of money they wanted to raise only a few days ago.

Total intransigence.
Completely ignored cost saving suggestions.
Even providing duff timing for tomorrow's presentation.

We all know what happens to sheep when a gun is put to their heads. Let's get this greedy BOD under some sort of control .. as shareholders.... remember we pay their inflated salaries.
No longer should they enjoy our fruits as a reward for failure.

I'm not ramping it up....I'm just asking genuine shareholders to use their vote....or they may live to regret it as the BOD are probably expecting apathy

I wouldn't be surprised if that's the plan.. given the £m's donated (OR??) to strathclyde University by one of the two innova partners....but head it up with Colin King and Chinese component suppliers......then call it Scottish.

Do you notice how all the deramping activity has all but ceased.
This has been stage managed ...the collapse of the sp....the pitiful proposal put to weary shareholders and if, true to form, the leeching BOD will continue their lavish lifestyle at our expense and dump their placing stock at the first opportunity making a further killing at our expense.
As I've said before....I'm not prepared to give them this on a plate, but it's up to all shareholders to make their own decision ....but either way please vote or shareholders may live to regret it.

Cannot fault your logic Twatcher ...but why is ODXBOD selling ALVA so cheaply to the Chinese ...My suspicion is we are being been sold down the river by ODX BOD dirty dealing with UKGOV and once again shareholders get stuffed and Directors rewarded for failure . Enoughs enough....we need to reign them in and get a decent deal and future prospects for investors

Agreed DSAF....but at least they are trying to get shareholders a better deal and that suites me especially as my guess is the ODX BOD are in the process of selling us out to UKGOV via a lousy ALVA deal and feathering their own nests in the process.
I'm fed up with dodgy Politicians and AIM directors ..in this case ODX getting fatter at my expense. No more reward for failure. When I was in Industry laggards and I competents were sacked for failure....As Bill Hayden used to say a little fear is a good motivator.. Sod the "hearts and minds" and let's have some respect for data!

Just remember there's strength in numbers and as far as I'm concerned I'd like to to see all non value added management fat surgically removed by unhappy unfairly treated shareholders.

I just want ODX shareholders including myself to be treated fairly....which hasn't been the case todate .
I dont need to remind shareholders of the promises made by UKGov and ODX BOD....failure to deliver is 100% down to incompetence....so why should shareholders pay.
Colin didn't even fall on his sword if word on the street is correct he's running alva for prospective new owners.
It's a stitch up and honest shareholders must be treated fairly rather than damaged further by unnecessary dilution.
Go back to the drawing board ODX BOD.. get rid of fat...cut BOD costs...as there should not be any reward for failure.

I'm hoping OSAG will take them to task and if asked I will assist.

It's a bit hard to swallow when our UKGov line the palms of the chinese component manufacturers . the nation that is the spiritual home of covid then use UK labour for assembly only and sell as UK manufactured.
Consequences....gold standard manufacturers forced out of UK via Dirty deal between UKGov and ODX BOD ....The losers, as usual, UK share investors ... trusting the BOD to justify their grossly inflated salaries
As I've already posted..I'm voting No and so my best to force the BOD to negotiate a better deal together with reducing fixed costs.

Reasons....
Directors are not invested and milking us as a reward for failure.
If true to form they are only participating in the placing to make a further quick buck at our expense.
OSAG being ignored.
The tails wagging the dog....let's turn it around and let the dog bite the tail.
Force them to reconsider lavish salaries ......their current reward for failure.
Don't let the bottom feeders continue to eat away at our hard earned cash.
Don't waste your vote....only a little time left to reject

Excellent post lucksin and thanks to OSAG for leading a fully justified shareholder revolt. With such a strong sense of investor upset following being let down by ODX BOD, albeit precipitated by unprofessional actions (inactions) of UKGOV, our message has hopefully been delivered.
A sincere thanks to all involved ...

....bottom feeders, leeches and sharks....that given...just one or two points to make....

Sensible approach....trust a few professional institutions who, on the basis of a deal they cannot refuse, have agreed to enter the fray and rid the quagmire of the above mentioned devil's...
Whatever ODX have done to stuff my investment....UKGov incompetence could have been a catalyst.
So, as I'm unhappy with the directors greed both, salary perks and naivety...OSAC may be able to reign them in....
On that basis I've voted NO but applied for significant additional shares.
