Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Vinson aka wolfgang owns 3% of business. Bina fide.
Hopefully most claimants will have died of old age from waiting or Fuel poverty or starvation. keep them fingers crossed. #PS - I know this is the right platform for irony.
You guys probably no more than me. I thought the share was suspended longer last time, but this time around. GJ won't be risking lifting the SP after the hearing whilst the judge goes away to deliberate. Like last time that was a week and will be at least the same again (next week being a 3 day working week). I read up on similar cases last year and recall judgements were often 10 days to 2 weeks post hearing. I ve budgeted my personal expectation on early June that's all
There wont be a judgement until early June..10 days or so after hearing. Should have a good view of things by weds.
15m of the raise into the pot and 75m into the future business from memory. Up to 300m in total so bulk will be IIs getting in on the action. So we do have an indication from management. I like your objective rational post HH but the idiots i refer too are taking todays sp and concluding the raise will be at 0.03p or they ll have to put in 20 times their existing investment. Both are a plain daft. We don t know the details but yes i agree its not wonderful news but needn t be a disaster.
down 1.14% ...yeah 5p mate haha
Mista - you have 16000 shares at lets say 10p each so 160,000 shares. A 20/1 dilution is announced. We don't know the price at which the shares are going to be issued at. You are offered 3.2M shares at 0.5 p each. it costs you another 16K. You now own the same amount in the business. You are no worse off. The dilution is irrelevant as long as you take up your rights. You may also be offered these at a discount and you may also find that II's raise the vast bulk of the 300M on different terms. You might also have Amigo start a share buy back. Or Amigo might go private. Or any number of things they probably don't even know themselves. All I can tell you is that if you buy your rights (which won't be multiples of 16K but likely a fraction of it) you'll own roughly the same amount. This is just a big bullst red herring. If there is some equity left it doesn't matter a jot.
Are there really some people on here thinking they'll have to put x20 down their investment to maintain the same holding!?:-::::-)))
Why is everyone obsessed with the SP? Surely you want to accumulate shares cheap. Participate on the raise and then leave this for 2 years or so. The Dividend Payments will be more that the SP is today once reinstated. 2-3 years time this will be riding high, new products, new investment etc. The next year will be slow getting proof of concept and FCA approval for a full launch in 2023. 2024 we pay back the bondholders and 2025 and beyond - enjoy! I don't give a flying toss if this goes to 0.2p. If I buy my options I own the same amount in the business as before. As long as there is some equity left its irrelevant and a total misconception. It's the LT that matters and the business will align shareholders to that. You'll likely be disappointed if you expect some meteoric explosion post court date as there will be caveats in place etc to temper the up-side.
F me. There are some total brain dead people. I despair.
Yes with its near zero sales and niche markets with long development cycles and costs to sales ratio i agree. Hugely undervalued lol

LOL exactly right! No one knows!:-)) the only certainty is that if you don't take up your rights you re likely screwed!
hayati...you are clueless. You have no idea what the placing will be at so what you imply is entirely moronic. Do you think you need to put in 19 X your current investment. hahahahah!!!!
The RI is irrelevant. Only dweebs can't fathom that. As long as you take up your options.
At least a year ago the CEO went online with some schtick about the amazing mind of Dr Cave and how he was coming up with brilliant ideas every day. THAT was the moment i decided not to touch this with a barge pole. The guy had zero acumen and was clearly giving it the billy bullhst. There is nothing here but good ideas and a promise. Sell you effing holding and at least get something back as these guys are going to pay themselves well and run the company down. That is a racing certainty. There are better bets that can recoup your losses.
Shares will be suspended for a week or so. From the court hearing until the final response which usually takes these judges 5 to 10 days to pontificate having looked at some past cases inc. ours last year. What will be interesting is how the SP is then influenced by GJ and the RNS flow. Will they still make black clouds out of the dilution or will it be about relending, the new products and the opportunity to participate in something fresh and exciting. My money is on the latter and though I can see the SP going 80% up on a positive outcome. I also see a sustained rise because surely with the risk removed, serious RI's will want to get their hands on as many cheap options as possible. Some will think of waiting for the new issuance, but there is no guarantee at all they'll get meaningful access as the II's will be funding the bulk of the future business and RI's maybe 25%. We will get a significant discount when the time comes I believe and FOMO can do amazing things. Time will tell.
Relending on restricted basis and tightly regulated for at least 6 months.
It takes months to organise a raise and its not cheap. Fca want amigo to bed in the processes and products as well so its months away FFS.
Hedged. It doesn t make the shares worth 1.7p.i m honestly staggered that RIs can t comprehend that the dilution is irrelevant AS LONG AS YOU TAKE UP YOUR RIGHTS. If you want to trade then fair do.s but the smart move is to get cheap options and participate. You don t know anything about the share issue so spouting nonsense about fag pack calculations is nonsense. Even if shares are issued at 0.00001p it is irrelevant if you take up your rights.
