If it is Chinese facilities then I would start looking at the amount of abandoned rigs due to the fall in oil price, my bet is that to get one up and running now with oil on the rise and updating production efficiency with consortium expertise will be a £££ maker.

For me the RNS was confirmation of the company being in the position I hoped they would be in.

If I had extra funds I would invest at this level but I personally don't mind how the markets react until the deals come through as I have heard enough to hold with confidence.
