Reduced Brazilian based news, "continues to pursue opportunities in Brazil", switch of focus to North Sea oil, lack of chatter on the Brazilian BBs and tubarão martelo obstruction resolved.

I am starting to join the dots over here...

Mark - we all appreciate your input but I am struggling to understand your motive promoting NUOG. Any comments?

I imagine newer investors would benefit from understanding why you do what you do too.

If they restart production even on a small number of assets then there maybe some recovery for shareholders.

In a few days we will have good news for the shareholders of this company. They should release until the end of the month.

Good news? And the company will produce what? The only company that could buy TM would be PetroRio after the FPSO withdrawal. But they would need to develop technology that would allow them to use the FPSO Octopus, which is far away. Without this, it will be difficult for the field to be profitable in the long run.

The DMMO3 forum has sprung back to life with mentions of us and 'good news to be shared' around this for shareholders in the next few days.

If you are a GENUINE INVESTOR you are going to be weighing up the risk and reward of the investment.

We have a pattern of revenue generation from placings which is something to consider if you are sitting at a place with a fine margin. We saw what happened after the 1.80 crash and we are still currently trading at 50% of that figure.

A sensible head will have this in the back of their mind, especially as the months tick on and the cash inevitably dries up. I don't think that most people have a question mark placed over the effective use of the money and the research and comms suggest progress towards a positive outcome.

What I am concerned about is that progress and tangible accounts are two separate statuses and an inevitable SP drop is on the cards should the later not come to fruition in the next month or two.

Unfortunately from experience this smacks of desperate communication in order to build the SP and justify a placing.

Seriously considering my next steps - why would a company close to a deal be trying to satisfy SHs with low information but suggestive tweets. Not sitting comfortably with me at all.

Cobrakai - no news I am afraid, they are busy talking politics, posting the price of Brent crude and cursing interfering gringos...

I am starting to feel like NUOG is becoming like a religion whereby I am increasingly reliant on having faith.

This isn't about defrauding I am just simply (or not so simply) saying that the posting of tweets does not constitute a progression in operations. Most of these tweets highlight the same information that has already been signed off and therefore should not be jumped upon as the return of the messiah (not continue the theme).

Let's view the information for what it currently is and not blur the lines of what is known through research and feeling as opposed to stone cold fact.

Cobrakai - a couple of issues there:

> We don't know who they are sourcing this from.
> We don't actually know what 'this' is.
> We don't know what it would be relocated to.

The upshot is none of these details are confirmed. All we actually know is they are buying/leasing in China and redeploying to Brazil/North Sea.

'Research' is unconfirmed despite Mark's hard work and effort.

What do we actually know and when will this happen?

On top of this the mention of seeking a Chinese facility started in July officially with a separate company incorporated in February called 'MFDEVCO FACILITIES (CHINA) LTD'.

So...replace MFDEVCO with Bikes 'R' Us of which I am the CEO:

To the joy of my shareholders I set up a company specifically designed to buy bikes from China, obviously the joy doesn't last because I have issued more shares to raise a bit of cash AND messed it up somewhat.

Still no news to my shareholders so I put a lot of emphasis on a Chinese supplier five months later because...well let's face it...we don't currently have ANY bikes to sell and it has been quite a while since I set up that company up (or appeared to do anything productive actually).

Three months after this, I finally decide to contact (engage) with someone in China to open channels to buy bikes - EIGHT WHOLE MONTHS after setting this company up...

...right. P45 time.

If this isn't old news regurgitated by Simon and actual revelations of progress then I'm out.

Just to clarify Mark, are you confirming that Dommo's field is the target of MFDevCo?
