He's a difficult challenge on his hands. Drillers capacity to ramp up appears limited. I'm sure he will have tried incentives, however never easy for either party.

Market always expects bonanza and I've seen countless disappointments no matter what the Mcap is.

I'm trying to think realistically rather than racing ahead.

May be helpful to sp if management can give some drilling news or even the dam weather. Anything would install a bit of confidence in management and their communication skills.
