"It is also worth noting that anything that the Board of Premier considers to be of value and in the best interest of the Company will attract an overall lower cost in terms of any existing dilution for Premier shareholders as underpinned by the potential value in Zulu."
Does this mean he's going to dilute again?
Patience is well and good, but PREM have $40k sat in the bank account. Momentum is important here.
An update on Friday at the latest would be ideal, explaining progress and expected timelines, because we're going on an interview from a snake oil salesman with a tragic past record right now.
Like it or not, having just read the Motley Fool article, it raises valid and genuine concerns.
seamus12 - I got into EUA pretty early, so I have 150k, probably why I'm not sweating the dips and rises so much. If you can get in at 25 then you should. Strangely, a great RNS has seen it dip. Guess people think they can get back in before a sale, which is risky if you've been in it for the long haul already.
Some have sale targets at around £3 but i'll be happy with anything in between .7-1.50. Anything over £2 and I'll be retiring early.
ARCM and ORCP are two to keep an eye on.
I'm in both, got into PREM last Tuesday (thanks to 212 taking nearly a week to complete my order) and then topped up again on Thu. I really want this to do well, but I entered with caution and only put in an amount of money I'm happy to write off.
On EUA, who knows, could be tomorrow could be 6 months, if and when the sale goes through we'll all make a lot of money though.
EV's have no issues with batteries, Tesla are bringing theirs in house and have designed a new method of producing Lithium which is pretty sustainable (using clay and salt).
Sure, IF the world were only producing the amount of lithium as of now we'd have an issue, but lithium deposits are huge.
It isn't as though Lithium is in short supply though, the world has plenty to go round.
If I'm a car manufacturer and I look at GR/ PREMs record, I'd see it as an opportunity for cheap Lithium that comes with a lot of risk.
At some point, GR will have to let somebody else take the reigns as he's clearly incapable.
Yep, the price has risen in spite of the ownership and because of the asset they have access to mine.
I agree momentum is important, if a JV isn't announced within 2-4 weeks you could see a lot of people selling. Even today has seen a significant downtrend because people looking to make a quick profit are leaving.
I believe HL offer a transfer service. If you have the cash, you're best just opening an ISA, buying the shares you hold and
I just accepted the loss and I've just opened an ISA for future investments. You still pay tax on £20k+ profits, the fund *& share is anything over £12k profit I believe.
Depends how much you're planning on investing and how well you profit.
