Nobody’s suggesting there is no risk - it’s o&g! But without risk there are no gains. The bigger the risk the bigger the gains, but you have to have conviction. Have a good bank holiday weekend all.
I suspect the larger round sells that are keeping this down are Miton selling the remainder of their 4.7% -and that is the long and short of it. Sub 7p is a gift
You’ve reached peak troll so will be ignored Mike. You should learn to try a subtler approach to deramping. PinkP I agree with your suggested reasons for the fallback.
I for one am grateful for the opportunity August has presented. The market likes cash and as soon as we hear that the oil has been sold I’m sure that this will be significantly represented.
We've had lots of updates. Miton need to pay their redemptions on 16th I think and will have been selling - the big round numbers. They will be out soon so everyone needs to calm down
He's a financial journalist with a daily podcast - he has to come up with material and unfortunately this is one of his pet projects. That's about the length and breadth of it.
I've given this quite a lot of thought Able. Initially I think TW regarded Neill as over promoting. VRS ticked all the boxes for a short - sp based on hype and potential etc added to which the CEO is available for comment most of the time and they dislike the twitter thing. Now it just seems to be a point of principle and like a dog with a bone TW won't give up now he's written all his bearish copy. He won't want to be seen to be wrong along with his mate Miers. I'm sure irate VRS shareholders sending him abuse (and I have at times felt like doing so) have fuelled his resolve. It's a shame because this is a company with many prospects and which many want to succeed.
