Because as I have pointed out several people were harassing the BOD as to why they hadn't issued an RNS about listing in Frankfurt specifically. And the answer is that these listings are unsolicited. Hope that clears this up. In other news ICP up 35% to 259 ahead of launch, or it was two mins ago!
