The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
It's just one man's opinion, but for me as things stand it was a good day for EST, and its important to do your due diligence on some peoples agendas that post on these boards.
You are correct Nate, people do get too emotionally attached to shares. And TGR was always likely to pull back after that swift rise from 90p to 150p.
However I do also think that people that like the fundamentals and believe that TGR is a great LT play (like yourself) have taken money off the table at 150ish, and would very much like to buy back in much lower. Thats why we see posts like "back to raise SP" or "has anybody else noticed the gap at 90/95p" etc etc. I certainly believe that they try to put seeds of doubt in investors minds hoping they sell and the SP drops even more so their re entry is as low as possible. But hey, maybe im just cynical!
Anyways, for anyone that bought in the 140s and 150s recently, you might have to suck it up for a little while but this company is going places! Revisit the presentations, the interviews, the RNSs.
A positive next few years. Good luck all.
Really bashing TGR this morning Nate arent you? You wanted £1.20 yesterday, now its £1. Trying to encourage folk to sell to help you get in cheaper I guess. Or shorting? Some kind of agenda anyways.
The buys vs sells reported here on LSE are often wrong. Many times I have bought shares and my buy is noted as a sell on here. No way there have been 2 1/2 x more sells than shares bought in TGR today and its 16% up, even more at one point. I do expect a pullback at some point soon, only natural. Noticed quite a few on social media and here suggesting they have sold some, hoping to buy back at a lower price again as fundamentals here are so strong. I guess the more that are encouraged to do it the more likely the SP will react in such a way.
Oh good, I am sure Tirupati are glad you are watching to see how it develops. Ha. I would encourage any potential TGR investors read all the RNS's, watch the interviews, and consider all that TGR are involved in.
It might be a little up n down short term but its certainly a positive long term. Base should be around here as thats where the CEO chipped in £450,000. Shows good intent. TRAF did a consolidation a couple of months ago and its been a positive thing, they are looking like RTO company soon hopefully. Sit back and watch everything unfold, or add more here I would say.
Well you seem to have a good knowledge of the company and situation Elartu. I try n sift through the folk posting on these boards to find ones who dont just blatantly ramp a company with nothing to back the ramp up, or alternatively try n talk down a stock for no other reason than for their own gain.
Just to be honest, I am not invested here but have been reading up and I am warming to taking an initial position. I want to be as sure as I can though, looking to start with about £10k and then add on the way up hopefully (all the way to 10p, Ha)
You are obvs convinced there is going to be a placing so why not wait until then? I dont think there is anyone here that will change your mind. That is of course unless you are just trying to deramp hoping to get in lower anyway. Not saying you def have one but LSE BBs are full of people with agendas so I trust no one
presume there are warrants too? not looked
Can buy at 1.1525 right now
Think the last RNS stated they had 3.78m in cash as of Nov 30th 2020.
Yes thats what I was thinking re being too greedy. It was interesting, It was NT for me to buy for £13k, 1.21 to buy £10k, and 1.195 to buy £6k.
Yeh, there are plenty of buys down as sells by the looks of things. Thinking about taking a position here myself. Just wondering if it might slip back a bit more. Maybe i am trying to be too greedy.
Hi, I am not invested here yet (was looking when it was in the 30s, oh how I wish id pulled the trigger!). Anyway, looks like from the speculative predictions/educated guesses people expect the SP to be around x3 where it is right now. Can anyone here give me an idea of a timeline for news etc over the next 6 months please? Would really help with my research. Many thanks. Feel free to tell me to get lost if you think I am being lazy!
