R ,I agree that margin will reduce over time on heritage contracts but this was noted as being supported by the anticipated significant team's Comms increase.... As others have said the speculation of it sticking seems to be Mr markets problem !!! Think they are looking in the wrong column as the spread of new hires shows not just a geographic demand which few have but the continued development and support hires seems to endorse continued increase in traffic

Soder if you read the interims you'll see the net debt reduced further after the reporting period noting continued strong performance .... Not science I know but seems to endorse the trend of continued outperformance
