The agreements further supports onshore and offshore wind so Tom should get this away quite soon vvvv Meanwhile the greens have been neutered on oil and gas in favour of an income based independence argument which further supports Tom's current seabed projects !!!! Looks like a win win to me vvvv

Monkey the simple explanation is they needed to sell to raise money , buy the shares and take profit .
