Ahh of course the council have decided to spend the money on double glazing and led lights instead ( those well known sources of energy savings ) errrr not really as recent reports on led lighting show the jury is still sitting and with ‘ Double glazing ‘ having no RRP ( ie they’ll charge whatever they can ) then savings are not easily determined ! AIM i think you'll find there's a number of low cost projects both ongoing and planned , from current drilling to those announced over the past 6 months . No doubt imho that Bressay is as warm as EP's stack with both being kept well in readiness

Romaron , imagine if we see another of the 3/4 deals drop in a similar place with another such O&G Co …. Recon that would force govt hands to bless or otherwise particularly when AB continues in statements that Bressay is being progressed … it would also enable AB to show a development plan with the capital support of others … unfinanced gearing is a smart solution to using the tax credits

Romaron , as a lth it's good to have faith in a board! IR expressed ongoing discussions on 3/4 projects so it's good to see they have a plan and it's progressing despite our foolish politicians! Many here will rest knowing AB is looking to do more than many expected

Romaron , likely the prof will have also seen an amount of hydro from the likes of Cruachan hydro and the many smaller ones in the central / mid highlands .. SSE were certainly very active returning these to full efficiency to gain max ££££££!you’ll also have Drax burning their South American biomass and no doubt the French will be peddling hard to keep the channel interconnector burning bright … bless the French for being so generous with their Nuclear energy!

Which means ? Well what’s a differentiated tax advantage & where will it earn enquest a return in both organic and inorganic situations during 2024?? AB seems pretty certain that some sort of shareholder return will develop or occur next year imho

COSLA scotlands overseeing council quango have been crying foul over a £14.4bn shortfall in their budget to ‘Just stand still’ Mmmm was quoted that ‘NET ZERO’ (whatever that’s supposed to mean) as an essential part of the budget !!!
