PK £70m 'cap seems well within reach with much more possible should a suitor call in. The tech trading platform is simple to use and agile enough to be ideally suited to the market place that is fast evolving within coin-asset trading . Just so happens that losing their largest customer meant tech had to think big ....... Well IMHO this will be BIG! So much so they very quickly re-invested some of the $1.65m divi from the other day...... Looking at it this latest 2% purchase is a shrewd move to retrospectively revalue CEDEX now knowing how well preregistration / market sentiment has taken to the programme. If the interest had been low they would have paid much less for the 2%

Think the investing community have missed the importance of what is going on here! Many are chasing the likes of Lion who have yet to put a block chain process in place.... Yes linked to Gold but only the Ore they think they have just secured money to mine meanwhile the likes of Vela are busying themselves with the algorithmic picks, shovels and miners helmets to get to the coal face. The team at Blu seem to have a good chance of creating an alternative payment system so good on them but should tech get this going they may well become an immediate takeover target for some of the major investment houses looking to get in quick..... Ultimately this investment suggests a target CEDEX value of $500m which Tech can purchase a further 90% stake of for $40k on the option granted 22nd October $450m ...... Wow! With CEDEX being an asset based block chain linked to a regulated financial trading platform this will surely bring greater comfort To the traditional investing community rather than the "Ether-Roulette" of virtual currency.... IMHO a time to top up never to be seen again after 12/01/18

Perhaps a competitor on the prowl? Recent shell contract will have brought them to American attention and with recent European plug and play contract could mean expansion at a low entry point for someone to consolidate and capture???

Is almost reset to now show significant growth following latest investment period. For those that can remember sage transferring from product purchase to annual rental this is following their so journey along very similar lines

Agree, the board heavily invested reducing debt by taking an increased equity stake. The model is following along the lines of sage and Microsoft many years ago where "buy" turned to "rent" with both companies taking a 18/24 month sp hit whilst the cash flow and profit forcast realigned ... TRAK Look very well priced at these levels and in the long term are still small enough to be a take over play in 2019-20 when the maket finally wakes up to the fact.
