They declined and hence the action...... Have not looked at Ioxus but probably similarly motivated..... The interesting event however is the market have caught on to this and not wishing to step on toes or become entwined seemingly have started approaching Cap-xx .... Hence the surge in interest..... No doubt AK has been taken by AVX and Murata on face value and by others not so perhaps..... It's an interesting read but on a very comprehensive patent can see why the bigger players signed up. Either way the mark of a good business is finding a solution....
