Altair facilitated Palumbos profligacy addiction with other peoples money.

Thus the boil of DP/Altair/Babar needs lancing and removed for trust to return here and Eqt to move on successfully.

Chilling keeping JVDL and mendez and the 2 nodding donkeys Quigly and Pearson fine for now.

But Palumbo and Babar definitely not.

Palumbo and Babar need replacing as a minimum for the damage they've caused investors here and wages cut back for the remaining BOD as we shift to survival mode.

Palumbo has denied management buyout plan intentions in Q&A at the AGM ( he would say that ) despite blatant evidence to the contrary with his destruction of the shareprice with his mismanagement of funds, scaled down revenues and continually missed timeframes .

I reported the shenanigans of the Palumbo/Altair arrangement and the Altair share dealings and timings of trades and announcements .

Zilch came off it not even an acknowledgement of correspondence.

€8k each into Palumbo and JVDL mitts and €6k into Babar,s mitts.

If only they spent more time in manageing the £50m resources under their control rather than concentrating on warrants, share options, LTIP options and doubling their salaries EH!

Even Diane Abbott would have a better financial acumen than Palumbo and Babar obviously.

The only reason to keep JVDL is for the bedding in of a new CEO and a CFO then replace him also along with the non governing Quigly and Pearson who facilitated this whole debacle on their watch.

No sign of the CFO averaging down today then on the £5k he has invested outta the £600k hes received in salaries in his 2 years here so far.
