They haven’t sorted them - they have an ‘agreement in principle’ and we have NO idea what ramifications there might be. So, the markets going nowhere.

Then they’ll need to explain why this time last year we wrote three sizeable agreements (that word again) and had “turned a corner” - yet no new containers contracts have been written or other substantial orders confirmed under those pre-existing agreements, since.

I’m aware of convo’s with UKGov years back - nothing came that, or did it? And that was a Lokies enquiry.

The rev’s aren’t material enough to warrant an RNS.

They don’t have a choice. If there is a development/contract that materially affects the business/SP - they are obliged to RNS it.

If it’s not/not yet significant they don’t - so tweet instead.

There’s been no significant container business written since may last year, which is disappointing to say the least, for an aspiring market leader that had turned a corner, into silence.

Yes, looks like they want out - even if 20% down.

Everybody selling now is losing, placees no different.

This volume came post placement - so it’s not established holders selling.

In respect of the CULN’s last year on 7th March - albeit that was 2+ months after the previous agreed repayment arrangement.

The current arrangement now twice extended doesn’t fall due until May.

In the absence of any significant business written for some ten months or so, container wise that is - it’s difficult to see how they are resolved without ruinous dilution for existing investors.

They expected/undertook to update the market (during the AGM) in February. But no. Soon be April. So Q1 was a blank.
