Hey Gary. Whatever happens down the line placing shares can’t be sold or flipped until GM approval and Directors hold part of C4 so can’t sell that debt as it’s a cross party transaction. Only sellers now until GM are buyers from yesterday onwards and the GM ain’t happening for for at least two weeks. A little more clarity on direction and who is actually involved will send this up.
