Would the EU Really Lodge a Complaint about Anti-Competitive Practices when a Spanish Firm is Receiving the Lion's Share of the FSS Contract?15 May 2024 23:08
The following is from the Daily Telegraph article:
"One expert on international trade suggested that “risk averse” UK Government lawyers may be wary about approving a loan guarantee for the company, for fear of triggering a complaint by the European Union of unfair competition."
Methinks that these stories have been written to make it look like HARL is heavily indebted due to lack of contracts and/or poor management practice, when in fact most of the debt is the result of preparing shipyards to work on the massive FSS contract.
Might "dark forces" be trying to either: Make us susceptible to a low bid takeover offer or to encourage haemorrhaging of PI held shares?
I've been fleeced a few times in recent years, but I'm not expecting to be here!!!
