I'm not expecting an RN S today because the last RNS contained the line:

"The Company will make a further announcement once the judgement has been delivered and analysed in detail by the Company."

So, it's likely going to be a case of the Market reacting to the JR decision. And the Market, unfortunately, includes Killick and FRIENDS.

That said, if the Judge makes it clear that another appeal is dead in the water. The only way should be quantum leaps upwards!

It all sounds good on paper until someone pointed out that we have billions in something called EuroClear. Which can be stolen from us by countries in the Middle-East and Asia. All of whom just happen to be pro-Russian leaning!!!

Scaffman. The HARL share price should have been under 50p since the day we won our share of the FSS contract. And yet someone with "influence"dragged the share price down from Day One. That's all I know.

Our problem is that we are dealing with Killick, and FRIENDS.

As was alluded to the other day, Killick appear to have sold its clients' shares to another entity, rather than on the open market.

If that's the case, we are looking at large trades likely made to coincide with unfavorable news stories, etc, without Killick losing control of its shares.

Basically, that means they still likely have us under their thumb until the herd arrives and there it too much money involved for them to have any serious influence.

Of course, these are just the passing thoughts of a PI on the message board and likely have no bearing on reality.

Then again, if I'm right, the trapdoor could be pulled from under the share price until we are over circa 17p.

Mr. Putin has deep pockets. He'll have no.problem paying court costs!

Whoever made the huge purchase the other day might be planning on selling for circa 20-40% profit tomorrow afternoon.

The greatest risk to any short-term Trader IMO is that Killick, and Friends, open the trapdoor between now and then.

That said, all being well, we should see circa 50p by CoP Monday.

Joe Biden has proposed raising the tax rate to circa 45%. Expect much of the same from Keir Starmer.

That said, the Tories are also nodding dogs!
