Good news. We've kept our employee shares bought through the various schemes to give us some extra pension bunce for luxuries, so pleased they are reintroducing it next year. Not that we've retired yet but it's nice they are committed to a progressive policy.
Its not just redundancy changes. Theres all sorts being pushed through and not being ruled out. The staff have had errosion after errosion and its probably they have got to the end of their tether. We didn't want action and have been surprised by the number who do but understand their frustrations.
Well my husbands pension has been shafted - he is now on a hybrid calculation. (Originally final salary, moved to career average and now this). Plus the addition error they apologized for making. We can only hope it affects the share price positively, so we don;t lose out there too.
