Why would there be an NDA? Avacta are quite literally bringing the same test to the market as Innova only 4 months later. We have no data because the test hasn’t been clinically evaluated.

A standardised testing method across all LFTs makes sense from the government’s perspective. They don’t need to issue instructions to the great unwashed each time a new test comes out. Added bonus for Avacta would be that we don’t have the ram the swab into our brains after our gobs.
