Hodl For Godl
I was very recently in Western Australia in the outback seeking out some of the wildlife specialities of the region, but didnt get up quite as far as the GGP locations, I've been invested in GGP for a couple of years and always been happy to sit on them despite the ups and downs. I just have a gut feeling they'll come good and bought some more in the last week, I've got about £5k tied up, not a lot but maybe one day!. Just driving the roads there there seems to be a lot of road train and other wagon traffic shifting equipment towards the mining areas, casual talk in the cafes and stayovers seem to be that business and prospects are good generally, and a guy who does business across the area and who was invested in gold ( not GGP then but maybe now ) was confident that Australian gold mining was a good investment generally, and he said his investments were putting his son through Uni. It boosted my confidence as there did seem a buzz in the air and though only anecdotal is another reason for me to continue to hold this , it's a risk but in my view a good one and I'm prepared to wait for the long term if necessary, I've lost a bit with some other supposedly fantastic companies on here.
but based on what.. no RNS... no chat... not even any BS ramping or deramping...something must be going on, anyway all good as my investment is well down here ...come on
I'm quite well invested here and have been watching this board of late, I suffered badly when Newmont walked, as did a lot of other investors but I've kept the faith and looking for the big result.
But did Newmont really walk? Having seen some initial promising results from Greatland they stepped in ostensibly to prove up some of the results a bit more. Why would they do that, Greatland do that, Newmont arent explorers and were with Greatland for quite a long time, only to then break company. More likely they wanted to check some of the results more closely anyway, form a relationship with Greatland should things produce a good result, ,and importantly hold any competitors at bay away from Greatlands resources while they made their annual major decisions. I dont think they walked at all, I think they said , OK guys we like it, but you're not included this time around, so we're going to step back and you need to prove it up a bit more, give us first option once you've done that. I think they are still there ... waiting.... just my opinion
I’m fairly new to this, got a bit punished yesterday at ggp, but hoping to recoup Why would mm’s not want anyone to buy, I topped up a bit today
Barely a post on this B.B....not complaining , refreshing after watching the ggp board...hope this continues to do well... wtf, I’m talking to myself!
Yes, said that a while ago, for a share that's quietly doing very nicely and quite well connected it's earily quiet. Which is good 'cause you can have a stretch and a wander about , check out the dusty corners and have a yawn without the constant BS on some boards. Think this will do well in due course ( whoops, ramping ) but then again might not ( whoops, deramping ) , why don't I just STFU ...night,night
remarkably lonely BB for a share thats bumbling along quite nicely, makes a change from the PYC and GGp boards, can have a stretch at least ...
