Any thoughts to where the share price could go before delisting?

Looks like the open offer prices after delisting are a separate entity to the share price now as the company will be valued much higher when re rated so who knows where we will end up ?

Any thoughts if we could see jump tomorrow with results

I’m thinking we could see good increase tomorrow

He would just be diluting his own shares to his detriment

I think he just wants to keep everyone happy and hoping he can take it private quickly without any hostility and bids

If he does do placement then that just dilutes the shares much less so shares are worth morays just 300 million in issue

Example

30p average now £10,0000= 33,333 shares

33,333 x8 = 266,667 cost £2666

Total 300,000 shares

Total cost £12666

300,000 divided by £12666

0.042 per share new average

So just worked out what average would be if allocation taken up

40p 5.3p

30p 4.2p

20p 3.1p

10p 2.0p

With 900 million shares in issue

Please correct me if wrong

If you hold at 30p say to get your money back the new share price you would need to receive is 4.2p per share ?

Also it will be a bit less than this as I noted that it’s 8 million euro to raise not pounds

What you need to realise though is your average will be alot less because you havd bought 8 for 1 at 1p each

The calculations I did are roughly correct (prob bit less as you say are in euros )as what the new sp would be to get your old average

Just clarifying

As I read it you get 1share at 1pfor your share you hold , I assume this means we just have double the shared in issue as will only raise 1 million so jd will put the other 7 million to it

Well if it’s such a good deal to go private

Then why won’t we get another interested party who comes in and offers a better deal

Let’s see what happens

Hopefully someone /other bidders will put spanner in the works

Peel hunt are acting as advisers so they will vote for it I presume?

Realistically that’s where I am at as not worth selling at this price

What are your thoughts on outcome? Are there enough of us shareholders to cast enough votes to affect this , as I’m sure he will have people telling the major shareholders to vote for it

Like people have mentioned we could get a hostile bidder in meantime who messes up jd plans and they could just clear high interest debt when allowed

Also if things get dragged on it could bring another ip sale in

No way am I selling at this price it’s a complete shafting they are trying to force upon us all

Why do you continuously post your negativity here when you have no interest

I really don’t know why you waste your time

Your free to do what you want but all your negative posts are like you have an agenda against Superdry

They will make no difference to share price

Are you short and hoping you might frighten a few into selling

Honestly I wouldn’t waste your time it won’t affect anything

I see more certainty in the future with extra funding in place

Share price before the rns had no guarantee of funding priced in and no bid priced in

There will obviously be sellers and buyers

Tuesday is just one day it’s the future I’m more concerned with

But don’t listen to all the negative posts from posters just here to frighten people to sell

There are many potential and current positives here

The Hilco extra loan although high interest we wasn’t even sure we had this agreed until the rns Friday

The board basically will not allow jd to get this cheap and no shareholder is going to vote for that even if it ever gets to that stage

There could be another bidder /bidders at any time as per various articles times etc

We have enough funding now to get us through the year easily which was uncertain before rns

Ip sales could happen at any time

Kellet and many others have recently invested

Jd knows the brand is worth a lot to right bidders and the way the rns from him is worded he is trying to say the company is worth a lot less than it is

I do not see a major change in share price on Tuesday as there is even more certainty about Superdry and it’s future with funding than there was before Thursday rns

Did any of us really think he was going to make a straight bid

I say he will either come back with a proper bid or others will now or we will carry on as we were before but with extra liquidity
