How could (whoever the ten figure talks were with) this winter not of increased our bargaining power and added further value?

What about the cpr?
What about Lonny investing his own money?
What about Pg owning a fair slice of the company?
What about being this close and only a few hundred million shares in issue for an exploration company?

I think these far out way lack of comms. Admittedly I can see you point. I don’t have the knowledge to comment on what they could tell us or couldn’t tell us.

We can stand alone with potential, probable oil to sell. Money in the bank for next year if needed. We hold all the cards. Bob is on an interview stating he knows this is a big discovery. Oil from (and good oil) all targets, flowing. What more can you say than that.

Covid, no access to the country, the rig being held up and used elsewhere to name a few. If funding is to come from a deal/Jv or whatever this takes more time to sort out, rather than just raising shares.

Agreed. It will be a lot higher than the last offer. Good winter and excellent work from the guys getting the cash and going alone.

Our production costs would be a lot lower I believe, mainly due to location. I’d be happy to give up 20-30% of our leases for say 2 billion. This would give us all the money we needed to be producing a lot of oil.

Facts are facts at the end of the day. When one is questioned in terms of their integrity and success, the facts are all that matter. Jealousy is normally the overriding factor when one doesn’t want to hear about success of others. If you don’t want to hear it then don’t ask the question.

Regarding the post about more communications, Lonny gets slammed for tweeting, what do you want them to do. I’d imagine everything they’re working on at the moment is confidential information. They have outlined their plans etc. Covid has put a hold on moving forward for some time. They’ll have to announce how they intend to fund pretty soon I’d imagine. Hopefully a deal and no more shares but so be it, whatever they believe is best. Pg and Lonny have a lot riding on this as well. Let’s see what we have in the ground.

I was going to ask in reply to a message if they could prove what you had been confident about in the past that you were wrong about. This isn’t to say I don’t believe you have ever been wrong with your predictions or ever will be. I certainly can’t find much if any time you have been from my own research. We all take our own risks. However, I avoided this ridiculous conversation because it would have no end. We all put our necks on the line so to speak with whatever choices we make, especially with E+P’s ( E+D’s ). No-one needs to justify anything but I’m very glad you reiterated things a little. I for one appreciate the sharing of your opinion, knowledge and past experiences, good or bad. From my own observations you do this out of passion and the want to help others if you can by participating on the board. As do many others. People could sit back and go about their business regardless. This isn’t a blowing of smoke at all. It is simply a show of appreciation in the hope that you all continue to share your thoughts. I for one am learning a lot.

What I’d like to know is how you can see who has recommended these peoples posts. Perhaps you can and I haven’t worked that out yet. Invest, don’t invest. Who has the time to involve themselves in other peoples investments, bizarre.

The important thing here I believe is the potential partner/buyer. A deal was discussed and turned down because terms were changed in the final hour. Jay and the board know what is needed from them this winter/summer to drive the deal they want or entice other parties. I really do believe they have what they need from this winter. Alkaid is the next important milestone. If they can present a production set up which is ready to make money, alongside a sizeable oil field that should only get bigger, JOB DONE!
In short I can agree with both of you fwiw, however probably want more from the winter if possible but not essential, imo

I don’t believe that if it was necessary to make a push forward, Jay wouldn’t be pushing. No way he wants another winter season before making a deal with a production partner or sell off. He wants out and off into the sunset and he knows what he needs. My opinion of course.

Ah, I see. That’s basically what I was getting at. Do we expect a slight retrace if the upcoming tranche is announced. You both answered my question. Onward and upward then hopefully.

This is only the first tranche of 5 million shares isn’t it? The other 6.5 million still to come if necessary?

Certainly a few shares and money changing hands today. Hopefully, the start of some real movement. Look forward to the coming weeks and months.

It’s a billion dollar company with no proven reserves yet. This will find its value in time.
