If we have a favoured chosen partner who is involved in this update then you’d imagine that a deal would be on offer at the time of publishing. If they like what they see then it’s a full offer but take the house off the market 😄. I’m a big fan of a competitive bidding process but PG may well just have a figure in mind and if it’s close enough then get the deal done. Putting an actual figure on this at presenting is a fools errand but listening to Paul describe his earlier efforts in Ireland I’m very hopeful.
