Rollercoaster Lytham 😄. The reserve figures are impressive but of course even with much less if you have no debt/massive retained field equity and a lower tax , safe and easy to develop location then with non ‘confetti ‘ shares you will do rather well !!

Understandable focus on share price/ Special dividend. I’m more bullish than some on here but facts will speak. In a low return inflationary environment I find myself thinking much more on the retained interest post sale. At current values I suspect and hope that annual royalty returns will eventually exceed initial capital investment. I simply cannot find any other equity that offers the same potential upside.

The last section of my notes contained a ‘prediction’ by @GrahamHengland that covered the continuous nature of the sands and connectivity.

Up over 31% on HL at present. Early days but given the conservative arithmetic of PRD it’s looking more than likely that this will be enormous. Could it possibly be that a certain ROB actually knows his onions 👍
