You would have to say Pcup had impressive timing. Spreading gloom just before the 10m late ? trade was posted. 😄. Quite a few myself included would have been sitting with substantial negative positions for many months prior to our fantastic rise. Fear of loss takes over. I imagine many will end up wishing they hadn’t but best of luck to them. A happy holder.

They’ll boil the frog Jonmo. Increase the tax on outwith ISA investments and maintain a much reduced slight advantage to keeping money in the ISA . Hopefully lots of options for many PREDs well before this. They need money and can only get it from folks who have it 👀

Unlikely to backdate but I would imagine they’ll limit tax relief to 100k of holdings. I also think they will focus on limiting tax relief on larger pension contributions.

Imminent re-rate LVH with massive capital gain. If you can’t change your domicile then it’s the next best thing and much faster . Hopefully for those of us already ISA heavy the initial capital return will be in our accounts before any changes in ISA rules. Should manage this more than comfortably.

The higher the price rises of course the less the % increase to then do the same or better. Difficult for some to sit on their hands with that sort of daily/weekly performance. Test of nerve indeed. I think there’s a reason most of us are small investors 😄. Never too late to change your stripes. GLA.
