I have no doubt that PG could and if necessary will construct and run a highly profitable CNG business returning several pounds for each share held and in short order. I would be genuinely surprised if he/we ever end up doing so. It’s that optionality that will I hope allow all here to realise the full value of our Moroccan assets in the next few months as purchase progresses.

Resurfacing after a marvellous night out in Paris with amongst others a smashing American geologist and his family who now has a highly successful environmental instrument business with national coverage. Who would have thought geologists could be so much fun 😄. Picked up the tab for the entire group and left without saying a word. Most embarrassing !! Anyway a belated thank you to several posters but in particular Keith for obvious reasons and of course GRH the ROB whose generous sharing of research and unwavering advocacy encouraged many to invest and persevere. The PRD team have performed above and beyond and will transform the prospects of not a few . As PG said- we are going to make our investors a lot of money. As has been said many times, PG is no spring chicken anymore and is looking to exit Morocco with a sale this year.

If we take his lowball figure of 150m USD per 40

MOU-3 is looking to hit anything up to 1TCF of gas.

So from failure worth Op, we can move up to

1000 40 = 25 then times 150m = 3.75 billion

Divide 3.75 billion USD into lets say shares in issue of 500 million (its actually less than that, but lets assume 500m

= 7.5 USD = 590 pence per share and lets halve

that just to apply a significant discount......so 245p per share is a target that is reasonable. MOU-3 wont prove it all up at once, you need further appraisal drilling, but it really highlights why PRD are a "once in a short lifetime" chance at seeing a real multibagger happen, like KP was from 10p to 450p.......so PRD might be as well.

All we need is for gas in some of those 6 target zones at MOU-3 (on top of the 2 new shallow gas zones already discovered).

For those who say "impossible" ......please remember GKP which went 10p to 450p, or COVE which went 10p to 240p on their offshore discovery.

Fingers crossed we get good news this comnig week, that is the start of what could be a very big move upwards..

Worth considering Neptunes profit/Bcf . Very few if any will match ours , hopefully adding to any buyout figures.

No doubt loads of smaller investors and momentum chaps will be trying to time their entry to perfection. Good luck. More importantly there will be bigger money that will only come when their various metrics are satisfied ,be it 50p or a few pounds. Will be something to see .

Didn’t PG mention in a presentation targeting 150 -250? Given the tax breaks and minuscule development costs then with let’s say 100p annual earnings/share then industry average P/E might provide a sensible valuation estimate for this limited area of our Moroccan concession.

Main market hasn’t even begun registering this opportunity. As GRH noted it really shouldn’t be possible and yet it is. 😄. Dicko mentions some of his favourite attributes that PRD have. Not wrong !! So many others. Personal favourite - CNG . Poor PG caught some flack at the time. Fast and doable. Highly profitable and then some ! Best of all - Those who will be bidding In perhaps the next few weeks will lack their normal trump card . No stressed , out of options seller we. Full VALUE for small shareholders .
