So much going on that the share trades here were just over £1000. Huge. About the same value as the company's revenue yesterday. It's all jam tomorrow stuff alf. And Chinese jam at that. It's just never going to happen.

I thought this was the PXS board? Try to keep on topic pickle, although admittedly there's so little going on here it must be tempting to stray. What turnover did this 10million pound company have last year?

Its just a snake oil product. Most people worldwide - even in China - prefer dietary measures. Eat a bit more garlic. As for shareholders here - you'd be better off buying a stake in your local corner shop! Chances are its turnover is far greater, and it will certainly make a smaller loss.

Only thing going up here is the spread. 27% now. Classic sign of an aim dog share.

Illiquid share, 20% spread, no trades, tiny number of orders (and seemingly all of them by punters on here). Will it improve when we find out how low the next placing will be priced at???

I see the slide has started here, as people wake up to the fact that this loss making outfit, in dire need of placing after placing (just to pay the directors - their salaries alone swallow up more than the entire gross from the product), cannot be worth nearly 10million quid. If you're long here, fruitflow ain't the only medication you need!

So even those supportive of PXS can't justify a mcap of 10m. Just the kind of situation where the market actually benefits from shorters. This needs to have a more realistic mcap before more investors are trapped on this "spike".

Even if the Chinese uptake is huge, a mcap of 10m is very toppy. With present income, and still making a loss, 10m is bonkers. A long way to fall I should think.

But the fund raise is only in unaudited accounts alf. You disbelieve anything that hasn't been audited. And yes, following the fund raise they spent the money. NAV could well be even less!

Total net assets as at 31/03/16 a shade over 142k, according to their own report. They pay the 2 directors more than this! Annual turnover is less than that of a back street boozer! And the company's worth 10mill?? I think the shorters have missed this gem, at least until now!

So we now resort to personal attacks. Strange way to promote the benefits of this dog of a share! How long have these guys been trying to get this into a profit?

0.1 to 0.2 maybe. Before the next round of dilution. By the time they've paid the costs the product will have been surpassed with something else. Like a bulb of garlic. Pmsl.

They need a placing just to keep the lights on - to roll out the product (that even healthspan can't be bothered to advertise) would need an enormous placing surely?

Wow. As an investor you don't care by how much your holding is diluted! You might as well just donate your money to the board for their salaries and expenses.

Whilst in the UK, the consumers prefer a garlic tablet. Well of course, promise to launch it in China blah blah blah. Jam tomorrow again. So what price are you expecting to be able to place at?

It gets worse! Apparently a placing is expected - at around 0.25!! Can this be shorted?

Quite clearly in the fundamentals section here alf. Net assets 0.25m, mcap 10m. A factor of 40 no? Or have LSE got this wrong?

Sorry to but in here, but this company came up in discussions elsewhere. Is it true that PXS currently has a mcap of over 40 times its net assets?
