Sorry hepran, that would still be massively overpriced. I genuinely can't see any investment case here at all. The product may well be great. It might keep those in their late 80s going on well past their 100th birthday. But a) this company has failed to monetise this, b) the product has now been surpassed and c) how many centenarians buy shares to prop this up?
I think that would still be over NAV here. Sadly though even the ardent admirers of this share don't know what it is, or what the annual listing costs. More than the annual trades here I shouldn't wonder. Until convinced otherwise I say delisting is the best (only) option here.
So, back to my question, how much does PXS spend annually on maintaining a listing? Would delisting mean that PXS would no longer be loss making? And just for comparison, what is the NAV of this company - compared with its 8 Million Mcap?
Alf - posting this here so as to be on topic. You have been watching whetstone with interest, so you will have an opinion on this. Why don't PXS conserve what little cash they have by delisting, and allowing trades on Britdaq? It seems to me to be the perfect solution, especially given that there are almost no trades in PXS. Maybe you should suggest it to the board here?
Project level deal will be the next big one - but with so many investments spread around news could pop up from anywhere around the globe and send SVE north.
Quite. You don't get an RNS to say nothing much is about to happen!
Thanks for sharing that Tom. If no news was in the pipeline he wouldn't have advised you to monitor RNS would he? He would just have said there was nothing to report at present.
Only because they're messing about with the spread - possible due to low volume. If the big buyer is now fully loaded the cobalt news will be here imminently. Watch this space!
Desperate for shares? Big buyer still not finished then. Wonder what they have got wind of....
I wonder, if after all the huge trades last week, the shares are all now in the right hands, ready for lift off?
The more I read into SVE the more enthusiastic I become about it. Investments in so many companies - news from any of which could lead to SVE rising nicely. Big news expected imminently which could bag the sp a couple of times. Tiny free float. And some big trades recently, meaning someone is taking an interest.
Moving up again.
I suppose it could be good news imminent from any one of SVE's investments tommy. Follow the money and all that!
Anything available to buy yet tommy?
Wonder if the big buyer is shopping again today?
A buy over ask, in a company this size, for 23k is I think more than confidence. That looks like certainty to me.
