Interesting point re filters on cars. I guess one might also suggest that a Government might suggest/insist that Alstom look at local suppliers for fuel cells/electrolysers. Of course I do not think for one moment that they will but hope springs eternal.

Surely this tender was won back in 2015? Hydrogen produced in 2017:
