What is the time scale of the RI? When is the cut for new share eligibility and when are they offered/released to the market?

If I sell all right now then I wouldn’t qualify for the 10:3 would I? Unfortunately I only have 2 company shares in my portfolio and they’re doing that well that CGTAX isn’t even on my radar at the moment haha!

Fiah would it be best to sell a portion and buy back after the RI? If so what happens to the shares that I do not sell, do they just lose the value or do I lose that number indefinitely? Apologies I’m a novice.

What happens to the number of current shares you own after the rights issue? Stay the same right? Just valued at a hell of a lot less?

Hi all,
I seek some clarification/advice.
I currently own 1600 shares & £2.49. Showing a 53% loss at the moment. I do not have the cash at the moment to buy back in when the RI issue comes (what was the expected date of that by the way?)
Do I sell up, take what’s left of my cash and buy back in the next few weeks or try to save what I can and buy when the RI comes? Or do nothing and hope for a recovery in a couple of years?
Be as honest/brutal as you see fit, we’re all adults :)
Re Rights issue - as I understand I’ll be offered to buy more shares at a discounted price. I’ve seen different equations on this board but what is the general consensus on what I’m looking at (based on my current position)?

I hold shares in trading212.. on the 10:3, how will this effect me exactly? Will my number of shares increase at the lower price or will my shares stay the same and the price crash?

At first i bought that they were all just ganging up on you for having a different opinion, but this and your other recent posts of gloating etc are without any provocation. How long will are you planning on continuing these 'responses' (in your view)? I value both sides of the coin and welcome your views on the SP and current RR operations if put across sensibly, i don't welcome the unprovoked gloating, bragging and childish told you so's..

In all honesty I’ll be doing A although I’d like to do C - may still do so when I can.
Happy to wait a couple of years till a return to the £5+.

Currently 258 but will be looking to average down as soon as I can. I think the current price is too much of a good opportunity if you’re in this for the long term.

Does anyone have any ideas on what’s driving today’s fall? I can’t see any news that would trigger such a significant drop. Do we think a rights issue is actually on the cards? IAG don’t look to be in a great position after theirs.
I’m long and hoping for a slow and steady return to the +350s within 12 months. Realistic or dreamland?

.. in the hope of learning, reading some sensible opinions from both buyers & sellers and maybe pick up some nuggets from current RR employees which would help guide me in future. Getting hard to achieve this at the moment with the recent mud slinging and gloating. Whatever happened to respectfully disagreeing with other people? I think I’ve said in my first post my average position is north of 250p at the moment and I’m hoping the price improves in the long run. Whilst I understand (or think I would...) the joys of being right about a price movement (Hasn’t gone well so far) can we please remember that some of us aren’t here to see aftertiming, read show offs or get into petty squabbles. My strategy is to Hold atm and see if the likes of JP, Casa & Gaz are right about any £1-1.40 predictions and if so, i will pump in to bring my average price right down. If they are wrong then I hope it flies up past my current average. Happy to hear any other thoughts on that strategy. Until then, be lucky, be nice.

If that happened Casa where would you think it would by this time next year/2 years time? Back above 400?
