MT As far as i understand, it will be considered a disposal and re-acquisition into ISA which might not be a problem if your ISA limit is intact and your disposal value falling under the exempt amount. Did the source close to you say when we should expect relisting

Given the time frame, it appears that the relisting of the new company should happen by March 18. It will be almost a year of suspension and de-listing. Hope the prize is big for all.
