Interesting tie up PRE/VAC (SC) to bolster US RE magnet production.

This integrated Songwe/Pulawy feasibility study has to be very near. Has to come pre Nasdaq listing surely for investors to have time to digest. So if the listing's near (despite any delays), the FS is nearer and indeed unaffected by any listing delays.

I think this from p17 of the Sept MD&A doc dated 29/8/25 is the most recent info re MKA's intentions for Thambani.

Mkango retains a 100% interest in the Thambani License and is currently evaluating strategic options, including opportunities for joint ventures and other potential avenues to create value.

Fwiw I'm in the no PR camp atm.

Remember Paul Atherley at PRE is a super smooth PR man through and through. It's what he does. Will and Alex are basically scientists, and scientists are not generally known for their charisma and PR skills. Their time and MKA's resource is better spent how they're currently spending it, not on PR. And no agencies please.

LTHs don't need to be worried. Let the traders do their thing. Await the RNSs. Multibag by the Spring. Imo.

PR or no PR, it'll be of limited significance after the tsunami of RNSs arrives. The sirens have gone off, we're just waiting for it to come ashore now.

Imo it's better to sell MP or USAR which look frothy. Buy MKA.

I'm sure you're right (de facto anything goes, particularly on aim) but technically I think this is the obligation re tr1s on crossing thresholds so we might hear something soon:

The Pulawy feasibility study can't be far away now. I think the plan is then to integrate it into the Songwe dfs. If all this is to happen (as MKA state) pre nasdaq listing, it's surely just round the corner.

I guess offers could come at any time for the whole or any part or parts of the business lines. We must already be being eyed up by a lot of potential suitors.

£2 cash minimum I would have thought for MKA atm, for the bod to consider recommending, or for shareholders to consider if hostile. That sum's what would get my attention as a minimum too fwiw, but I'd much rather this played out for a year or more first. It could be many multiples.

I hope MKA have advisors to defend lowball t/o bids. Part of Cohens role maybe? I think we were paying a firm (Bacchus?) to do this previously.

Yes, and plenty more to come here imo as it gains traction.

And my tentative conclusions from my cogitations this morning are:

Pulawy and the Phalombe licences (including Songwe and Nkalonje) will go into the spac.

The Thambani licences will remain in the MKA group with the recycling.

Mchinji, Chimimbe and any other Malawi assets will be, or have been sold, relinquished or lapse.

To me it's looking rather like MKA are only looking to retain Thambani in the existing MKA group (alongside the recycling of course), and no further Malawi assets.

Hopefully management will clarify. I'll email and share any response. Previously they've read out and addressed all my queries fully but only in the formal update webinars.

Thanks velcro. Do we know if Thambani will be included in the spac (Lancaster Exploration Ltd BVI)? Or carved out and retained in MKA group?
