I should also have added that some trolls do come onto the board and raise seemingly innocent questions with a subtle hint of negativity worded in. If they had maybe done some research then they could probably answer the question themselves anyway; but they just want posters to pick up on the negative slant and feed the thread.
Of course maybe they could be genuine, so if in doubt then before you dive in then briefly check their posting history and make a decision if you think they are genuine or not
.....This Week
Actually there is no need, as others have beaten me to it and it looks like they are doing a good job; because there are many posters, including LTH's, getting drawn into their agenda. A lot of you should know better than to fall into the trap.
Some people say that it's good for the board to have balanced discussion and of course everyone is entitled to their opinions; but balanced discussion should come with some details or analysis to back up the posters thinking, whether that is positive or negative against the share.
When posters come on spouting about low SP entry points or low forecasts for mineralisation/revenue/etc then if they don't have any research or calculations to back it up then you probably know they are just trolls pushing an agenda and looking for attention. or just simply trying to break down the board.
Seriously, If you think a specific poster is a troll (quite easy to spot) and disrupting the board to try and push their negative agenda and create fear or just seeking attention, then why are you feeding them by responding to their threads/posts ? By replying to them, You are only helping them to disrupt the board and spread their negative agenda as their thread maintains one of the top spots on the thread list and it grows by drawing in more and more posters.
Do yourself and the board a favour:- IGNORE THE TROLLS.
yes, the joke could work with potassium but to qualify this then one of the geo experts will need to gives us a rundown on possibility of it occurring in the overall mineralisation (I don't think it does).
But at least your thread may jog the memories of some posters of Chemistry lessons at school; where, after cutting a small bit of potassium with a scalpel, then it is added to water and it floats on top and burns completely away creating potassium hydroxide and Hydrogen.
Of course the Hydrogen who posts on this board was created in another way, and this is definitely not a forum for that discussion!.
Colin, if you are invested then you're entitled to your opinion, like anyone else on this board. Yes, there are some on here that are maybe too super positive and can tend to get rampy, and of course there are some who try and bring a balanced opinion to quell the rampiness and point out why and when events might affect the share price.
I've never been against balanced opinion when it is provided with some information to back it up, but what annoys me, and no doubt the majority of posters on here is the dreary, dour one liners of negativity with no thought of how others might think or feel; and sadly these are the majority of your posts.
You say you just post as you see it, but in reality everyone else knows it and sees it before you've actually posted it. The SP is what it is and down approx 57%, and nothing on here will change that; but do we have to hear your same one line negativity every day. You never bring anything positive or actually balanced, as there is never any info or detail to back it up.
There's many on here in the red and showing a paper loss, probably 40-50%+ for some, and for most then if they've done their research and believe in the fundamentals then they know this investment should tun out ok. But whilst their nursing their paper losses do you think they want to read the negativity you bring to the board - which turns people against you and results in more negative post that just bring the board down.
All I ask is please maybe think sometimes on how others will feel or react before you post.
I haven't posted on here much the past few months, due to change in personal life but also mainly because I can't be bothered with the board and the seemingly daily bickering and the constant schite from negative brigade.
I do check in every few days to catch up and focus on reading the posts of the genuine and knowledgeable posters (thanks) - you all know who they are.
I try to ignore the negative or the destructive posts/threads that serve no purpose other than to bring down the board.
In my opinion then if you are truly invested in the share then why be negative? You are invested for the fact of trying to simply make money, so you should be hoping it will do well; not keep talking it down or looking to upset or influence others with negativity.
If you were putting a bet on a racehorse then your thinking and hoping in your head is that it will win, to make you money; you're not going to be negative and hope it loses or be talking it down before the race or when it has started; and you're not going to knock anyone talking positive about the horse before the race either. To me then if you're negative on here or putting down other posters for their genuine positive opinions then you're probably not invested in the share and just trying to influence investors with negativity or trying to break down the board, therefore you deserve to be ignored.
All genuine invested members - do yourselves a favour this week and IGNORE THE TROLLS.
I see one of the regular dreary Trolls is getting plenty of responses today - most or all of you replying to his negativity should know better than to keep feeding him.
word meaning:
dreary
(adjective)
depressingly dull and bleak or repetitive
Not too many trolls evident on the board last night but never forget they're always here and will pop up to spread negativity on a regular basis.
The best response to their negativity is to not feed them by not responding to their negative posts.
I'm well happy with last night's results and there's more to come from outstanding assays and of course another update in 6/7 weeks time, plus the PFS and updated MRE in December; what is there to complain about ... oh, the SP ?? It doesn't matter what it is today, it's a long term game and and will be at a much higher level in 12-24 months time.

Today's news gives an idea of the possibility of mineralisation at Goliath and we will wait in anticipation for the other results and further exploration there; but let's not get carried away at the present timer and maintain focus on Havieron.
A few days ago Greatland tweeted about the size of Havieron, so bit of added perspective might help people get a more realistic view of the scale of Havieron:-

Let's hope today's news is the tip of the iceberg for great newsflow over the next few months. It been a tough few months for many, if not all shareholders on here, so patience should start to be rewarded but IMO the real patience is required to hold for the next 12-18 months and reap a greater reward with Havieron alone, but if Goliath lives up to it's name and has indications of large mineralisation then who knows where the SP will go.
I see plenty of whining, negativity and fear about the SP. It's all just market forces and not just the mining sector whose getting hammered. I'm sure there's others on here who have shares in different companies that have went down the past few months.
Even the popular covid shares like ncyt, avct, odx, etc have at least halved in value the past few months; and the cross rampers crypto favourite has went from 300+p down to 115p. So (IMO) it's not anything to do with MMs, big sellers, fairy pools or 7 years bad luck after I broke a mirror last year; it's just the current global markets and global economies combined with a global pandemic and people probably being more careful with their money.
If you are worried about your investment then take some simple advice from Martin Lewis:-

Also, If you've done your own research and been reading the sensible well researched posts on this board, then you should know what's to come in the future. Quite simply, the fundamentals for GGP have not changed; they only seem to get better as NCM continue at Haveiron; so as ML says in the video, you should invest for the long term and the only two prices that matter, with shares, is what you bought them for and what you sell them for, so just be patient (sit on hands) and wait for that sell price you want; that's what I'm doing and although I've no crystal ball as to when it will come, I'm confident it will at some point (for me) in the next few years.
I see some of you on here are getting dragged into threads by the trolls and you should know better than to keep feeding them.
Just ignore them and stop giving them replies that only causes their ego to expand and the thread to drag on.
That man or woman comes across as having a serious problem communicating but in reality they're playing a game to draw you in to replying and working to break down the board .
Seriously, with people like them then you've got to learn to bite your tongue and control the urge to retort to them, no matter how stupid or angry they sound. They revel in the weakness of sone to respond, and will keep at it as long as people feed them.
If you want this board to get back to some normality and positivity then just ignore the trolls.
I'm off for the rest of the evening, so just a friendly reminder to not let yourselves get drawn in to threads or post by the trolls; although today has actually been quite good for discussion without too much interuption from the negative trolling brigade.
No panic on my part. I made the decision to invest and I'm totally responsible for my investments; So you won't hear me whinging about it.
I have the confidence in Greatland and the CEO and IMO then he is set in keeping at least the 25% stake in Havieron; as he knows it is the foundation the company will be built on, so my money is staying in GGP.
Good things come to those who wait.
