GFD and Spac3y can elaborate further to your questions, however it is thought we are owed circa £10M from Eds,Capital and interest from loans, but we need up to date information from the company.
Re Sterling block,IMO it shall be sold en bloc, the administrators will have a very good idea of current value in RuR and will hold for the best price.I would have thought given our Asset value they would not sell under 3pps at a minimum, that effectively would give an investor a very good discount to NAV,Maybe they will hold out for a higher figure.Given current recovery and impending news from Argentina that figure could be appreciably higher!
The new owner would have a 53% stake, but would not be able to effect a take over until reaching a 70% stake holding.
If the above comes off close remotely to my calculation the new owner would drive the SP higher from that point.
If his intentions were a take over and would facilitate this only by stake building on the Open market,
It's a win win situation IMO.
All to be revealed, but certainly we shall find out in the coming weeks months.
All very positve
