Levi needs this to cover the warrants near on 10bn that leaves only 10bn for fundraise.

Near term therefore,25bn today's count plus another 20bn plus tme,expect total voting rights 40/50bn

Trouble here Levi doesn't subscribe,not that it bothered him,he doesn't lose a penny, he's got the funds to pay his salary for the foreseeable.

Any positive news now will be tempted by the shear volume of shares in circulation.
