One question I have for them.

Why would the recent investor of the £350k part with his cash knowing full well that DL would then have the authority to issue 15BN shares at nil value?

That would have been a huge risk and anyone with an ounce of common sense would not be partie to such a deal,unless they would have been given a guarantee that there would be no further dilution at the current valuation.

Would you throw away £350k if you were about to be massively diluted,NO.

What I believe is there's positive news coming on JV,collaboration Tier1 contract that will result in a much higher higher valuation,providing liquidity and there after a raise,IF needed at a considerably higher shareprice.

Let's see what news we get over the coming days,weeks,am holding strong with my 280M at a very low av valuation.
