I very seldom get involved with questioning posters motives,but it is very clear that you are very bitter towards Echo.100 plus negative posts in 30 days.

You state you've only invested in Echo once for a mere £10,

How come you're so bitter if that is the case,are you sure it wasn't a more substantial sum?

I read that you are disabled so I am sorry to hear that,but I believe it is unhealthy to keep posting the way you do.As you say you invested £10,and decided against investing you inheritance back in 2018,but to any layman reading your posts they would believe you invested rather heavily,and therefore over the years sustained a large loss.

Also of note you ridicule investors and continually dismiss the investment case here.

I would think it would be better for your wellbeing to draw your chapter with Echo to a close.

With current Mcap at £14.5M there is undoubtedly a very large value disconnect.

Timing of the RNS wasn't great but suspect a fair few will be mulling this deal overnight and therfore expect high volumes over the next 2/3 sessions.

Those that are trading hoping for this to drop tomorrow may just be very disappointed.

IMO given the detail of the JV the Mcap should be over £30M.

There's lots of upside here.
