Absolute disgrace caused myself and no doubt many others to lose their life savings a pensioner now on a minimum income. Never a day goes by can I forgot this horrendous investment decision, I cannot abide NZ for what he has done to us long term holders what a disgrace he has to be named and shamed. I agree opulentia with your remark. Get him exposed the greedy snake he is. Dilution for his sake paid fortune for what? What did he ever achieve just get rid of him
Well you totally wrong. Nothing fishy only the board. Were you in all those years ago. ? Bought should have sold but obviously was waiting for more and then the 1:100 dilution. Yes I made a big mistake and was the loser. Nothing more nothing less.
Someone asked about Zahawi I remember these days The dilution which robbed me of my savings in the days of £4 plus share. Still in but never to recover. The worst advice decision in my life. However the board have been a joke never a thought for the shareholders only themselves Do you remember how much that now politician Zahawi got in remuneration. Can't believe how much a dirty board and scammed share.
Totally agree you must be in the same league as myself bitter scammed broke due to the absurd robbery of the heartless board irrespective of the price of oil!!!! The dilution was a complete farce causing us lowly hard working pi's to lose vast amounts. Hindsight is wonderful but the sheer audacity of the thieving rats we could not have foreseen. Any word of that guy Zahami !!!! ??? Wonder what he is up to now? Scarpered with a lot of lolly did he not?
We long term holders before dilution will never recover I don't think!!! Not a chance C'est la vie!!! 😫
Exactly understand I bought at £2.67 and now my shares decimated as those who bought in good faith. I have never forgiven myself to be such a fool and now with huge losses caused by the greedy board I am watching every penny not able to do what I would like to have done was advised not to sell when I was in a small profit. I didn't take up the option after dilution of shares as money is very tight and also too scared if only those who are newcomers would understand what we poor investors have suffered. Nothing to do with outside influences price of oil political unrest but due to those persons whom we know and robbed us loyal investors. I wish we could be compensated and those thieves brought to justice and EXPOSED. If only ...... I am angry and hurt every single day I will never ever get my investment back due to the unnecessary dilution only to benefit JF and the former member of the board Zahawi robbers.
Not every commercial decision will be taken to the stockholders, no director could or would operate that way. The bod, any bod will take offers that are material to profit to stockholders, if they are not good enough they will be put to rest, that is just the way directors work. I wish our BOD would be so courteous !!!
Stop your unreal accountability of this completely manipulated share. No need for this sarcasm when we know how we have been fleeced by corruptness of the BOD just take a look at the salaries bonuses the in comings and outgoings if it upsets you complaints of the losses of the LTH's stop reading the board. What are you contributing I may ask. Good for you you are one lucky shareholder woow hope it continues but we are not moaning we are stating facts and figures and those who have cost us our huge losses get off Scot free.
Well said Opulentia never been so robbed by the sheer greed of a corrupt BOD. Can something be done or are we shareholders just having to accept the fact that greed has won. New shareholders who bemoan us LTH's would feel and be in the same position of being diluted for the Greed of the BOD. Remember when it was 3 plus not pennies how we have suffered huge losses and robbed by BOD greed. They should be made accountable and brought to justice. Shares are a gamble but do we need to let the management of a corrupt board get away with it. However Zahawi gets rewards after rewards some just get away with it. So angry so let down.
Exactly that is the reason LTh's are annoyed GKP has the potential but we long term holders have been robbed Taff Evans is saying it happens of course it does but not when we have been played for the good of the BOD and we know that and we are now suffering the losses be they large or small because of the underhand dealings of those who we are meant to trust. Think about time TE realises the play here.
Unreal people commenting on how LTh's are moaning if they had been in when nearly 3.00 a share and believing that it was an upright company with upright BOD and now completely robbed by unscruplous scum looking themselves first and foremost with not a care for their shareholders interest. Joke. I myself have lost big time due to the robbers of this company for their own gain nothing else. Yes I wish it could be investigated legally and those brought to justice giving redress to those that put hard earned money in for the better of the company only to see it disappear in the robbers hand. Come on I can only hope that with those who have been in for a long time before the abominable dilution, which could have been avoided, can raise enough interest to get a case brought on this share.
What a dirty bastard this is on the petition against him claiming for paper clips etc etc you sign the petition !! Derek Edgley This man is an odious person. Involved with two FTSE 250 listed companies Afren first which collapsed leaving shareholders with no equity value and then subsequently appeared in Gulf Keystone Petroleum where he allegedly masterminded an internal restructuring which resulted in shareholders being left with only 5% Equity whilst he was being paid 325000 p.a. Plus bonuses etc for six hours work per month. This whilst also being on a Parliamentary committee involved with Kurdistan so an obvious conflict of interest: https://www.thenational.ae/business/british-kurdish-mp-quits-controversial-oil-role-as-he-lands-new-ministerial-post-1.694454 iPadAfter he was forced to apologise at the weekend for charging the taxpayer to heat his stables, it has now emerged that Nadhim Zahawi MP also claimed 31p on his expenses for paperclips. Among the other petty office items charged to the taxpayer were 53p to buy a hole punch, 63p for ballpoint pens and 89p for a stapler, according to reports today in the Daily Mirror. The millionaire MP, regarded as one of the rising stars in the Conservative party and an ally to Prime Minister David Cameron, made all the claims within the rules set out by the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA). Though the claims for office items under 1 may seem insignificant, they show the scale of Mr Zahawis expenses bill. Yesterday he apologised for taking 5,822 from the public purse in order to fuel his stables and a mobile home next to them which he described as a mistake. IPSAs website is down for maintenance until Thursday, when the agency could spark a new flurry of expenses revelations as it publishes the details of where MPs rent their office spaces. Sir Ian Kennedy, the chairman of IPSA, said his organisations commitment to transparency over expenses was the disinfectant that hurts as it heals. Openness is the only solution to the deep rooted cynicism about our Parliament which was exacerbated by the abuse and secrecy of the past, he said. While this openness will cause discomfort in some quarters, we remain focused on the longer term goal of promoting understanding and confidence. In reaching that goal, transparency is our greatest asset. And like many disinfectants; you know it is working when it stings a little. Writing in his blog yesterday, Mr Zahawi said he was sorry for claiming such a high figure from the taxpayer to power his 1 million, 31-acre home in his constituency of Stratford-upon-Avon, and promised to pay some of it back. He said: I am mortified by this mistake and apologise unreservedly for it. I will obviously be paying back any money that was wrongly claimed immediately and have already contacted IPSA (I
Environment secretary Michael Gove offered his support to Mr Zahawi on Twitter saying My friend@nadhimzawahi is a really decent and honourable guy who's in public life to help others - part of a great team at DFE do we agree ???? Come on expose him for the monies he got from GKP what was his contribution? Does anyone know? This has to be investigated can we raise a petition.
