"people are moving to btc cos they’re are seeing traditional finance for what it is."
So you're saying they are putting their money into an intangible Token with no intrinsic value, no support when things go wrong, and backed by nothing but sentiment? They must be mad. Crypto depositors at SVB and Signature have been protected by the very system they claim to hate.
Just imagine a World where everyone trades using Bitcoin, and then an individual, or entity, finds a way to hack the Blockchain and corrupts it, or changes it for personal gain; The enthusiasts would say that's not possible, and currently it isn't, but Quantum computing could change that. The problem with decentralised finance, using Crypto Tokens, is that anyone can build a node and access the network, that's a huge risk. For people saying that developers are working on Quantum proof solutions, good luck with staying ahead of the hackers once the technology becomes available to break SHA256 in milliseconds.
