Ok, 1 million Qubit's is advertised as the number required to complete useful Quantum computing tasks; Various sources are now saying that they can perfect error/noise suppression to bring the number of required Qubits down from 1 million to 10,000; If they're correct, then they'll still have to perfect these systems and develop them for commercial sales and even if all this is correct and everything rolls out over the next couple of years, and your 300 Qubit figure is correct, a 300 Qubit computer would probably cost somewhere in the region of $3 Million. Personally, I think it's wildly optimistic to believe that viable commercially useful Quantum computers will be available before 2030, whether that's a 300, 10,000, 1,000,000 Qubit computers.
