boon, when put like that i don't think its to unreasonable, ideally if they can do a skinny tan offer with a half price "nuthing" to get them in the door then should fly out the door, that the bonus of having their own dtc, full control

John- tbh I’m not exactly sure on the process but have seen similar situations to this? I’m unsure on how they hold and do not have to disclose positions, saying that technically any position under £240k based on £8million cap wouldn’t have to be disclosed (3%) I believe. Edale took 5/6% ish I think to bump them upto 9% - still would have to have been spread between quite a few high net worth individuals to soak it up without anyone going over £240k

Probably shuffled between brokers, phone call saying we have ceo that wants to dispose of £1m + and is happy to take 25% under market value. Hence the large trades that popped up at mid 40’s but no chance of buying any down there

Can’t seem to find the ad now- if you head to their Facebook page you will see a Few of the current ads, basically Black Friday deals- everything £10 or less on their website, max 5 items pp, items selling out fast- I know technically they have to sell 3x normal volume to get the same profit but hopefully draws more new customers that are happy and repeat orders
