It's clearly on the last RNS. I thought it was worth copying since it's a fair point when many seem to be expecting at least the flow rate of the high rate test and that isn't going to be the case.
When The first results were announced from HH, and I was in this before then, the sp nose dived because nobody had a scooby what to expect from the portland. When it was only a few hundred barrels, huge numbers of muppets sold and ran for the hills because they thought it was poor. In fact, it was better than expected.

Burn, you need level 2 to be able to see the order book. This tells you how many people are prepared to sell what qty and at what price. So at the moment, there are 5 bidders offering 1,325,000 shares at 0.8 as opposed to 1 seller offering just 75,000 at 0.9. It's not completely accurate for various reasons but it is a good guide.

Stockdale, I wasn't having a go at you, I'm just saying I could list dozens of shares that follow the same pattern. Im not a share blogger so no need for predictions. But it's sometimes frustrating to hear the same bs. Longs talking about conspiracy theories and mm games, derampers arriving to scare the weak. These bloggers have got a few contacts with brokers but know very little more than ordinary shareholders. That's why they're not blogging from the back of a big yacht in grand cayman.

That has happened this week is entirely to be expected. This is the market mechanics of AIM. Great announcement of possible takeover, no firm offer following day, retrace over next week by around 50% from peak. This could be any one of a hundred shares on aim. Deal with it. I sold part of my holdings and started to buy back. I think it will get taken out and so will wait. But it's never going to happen in a few days. Never. Weeks perhaps but not days. Unless you're a newbie you should know this. Ignore the noise and wait. Or sell up if you don't have the cajones for it.

Yeah, eventually they let me buy once they'd managed to get a few sellers and drop the bid. Something not quite as it seems here.
